Terrence Dean Davison, 72, lifelong resident of Princeton passed away on May 19, 2021. He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era from 1966 to 1970 while aboard the USS Saratoga. Terry was a firefighter with Princeton Hook & Ladder Company and Princeton Engine Company No. 1. He first joined in September of 1970 and during his 50 years as a member of the fire department he served as assistant foreman, foreman, and as chief in 1984. He also worked as a plumber at Princeton University and enjoyed playing the drums. Terry loved and had much pride in his family. His fondest memories were the birth of his two children and four grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his parents Samuel Gus and Anne Callighan Davison; he is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Michael and Rita Davison and their children Christian and Casey Davison. His daughter and son-in-law Beth and Glenn Milarczyk and their children Presley and Vance Milarczyk. His sister and brother-in-law Nanci and Bob Pazdan; niece Lisa and her husband Keith McNight; special friend Nanci Graham; and former wife and friend Margaret Davison.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from 4-7pm at The Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, 40 Vandeventer Ave., Princeton, NJ 08542.
A private family burial, alongside his parents, will be held in Princeton Cemetery.
